You will produce a unique piece of research using techniques learned throughout the year.

Teaching and learning

You’ll learn from academics who are experts in the field of marketing. Your learning experience will be enriched by the research activities and collaborations of academic staff.

We will also offer a wide range of opportunities for personal development. These will be delivered by specialists in our Careers Service, Academic Skills Centre and Library, or in partnership with the Students’ Union.

All units are taught on campus.

You will experience a variety of teaching methods including:

  • lectures
  • seminars
  • tutorials
  • project work
  • presentations

Methods of assessment

Units are assessed by a combination of formal examinations and coursework.

Additional costs

As well as the cost of books, you will also need to cover the cost of photocopying, printing and binding. You should budget at least £100 for this.

Some courses involve visits away from the University campus, and you may be required to pay some or all of the costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence for such trips.
