Our MSc courses last 12 months. During your year with us there will be many ways to add to your learning with study, research and career workshops.
Your dedicated Student Experience Officers are here to help with any personal or academic issues you might have. They also organise social events to help you get to know fellow students and enjoy life outside of the classroom.
In June, you’ll also have the chance to experience the international business world with a Global Residency.

Global Residencies
- Spend a week in June in an exciting country and experience another business environment
- Improve your knowledge of international management
- Experience the impact of different political, economic, social and technological contexts on business activity
- Gain insight into companies operating in another country
- Work on a short project. Apply your knowledge from the classroom to real situations
- Develop skills and experience that are attractive to employers

Facts
Global Residencies are optional for all MSc students.
The trip includes
- a visit to another university
- company visits
- cultural tours
We subsidise Global Residences but you will need to pay some costs. This is normally between £1000 and £2000 (subject to exchange rates). This is for travel expenses, a visa, the programme and spending money
We'll invite all MSc students to apply for a place on a Global Residency. Destinations are subject to change and availability.
